Hi! I’m Byron, a first-year PhD student in the Department of Mathematics at Yale University. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics–Computer Science from Brown University, where I was advised by Caroline Klivans, Richard Schwartz, and Bena Tshishiku.
My research interests lie at the intersection of geometry, topology, and dynamical systems. Outside of math, I enjoy running, playing the drums, traveling, cooking, and eating good food.
